A Wyoming Registered Agent
Here in Wyoming, LLCs, corporations, nonprofits, and most any type of business must appoint a registered agent on their initial registration filing. That registered agent can be a qualified commercial entity or individual with a Wyoming physical address. Your registered agent is going on public record as a legal point of contact for the business. It’s the registered agent’s job to receive state notices, legal mail, and lawsuits, and promptly notify the Wyoming business.
I love this company! They are patient, available, informative, friendly, detail orientated, and experienced; all at a great price.

Why Hire a Registered Agent?
There are many reasons to hire a registered agent that vary based on the location and type of business you’re starting. Here are some of the top reasons our clients hire Best Wyoming Registered Agent.
Privacy
Wyoming is one of the best jurisdictions to start an LLC in and maintain personal privacy. When you start a business here, the only individual information and address that you need to list publicly is that of your registered agent. Hiring a registered agent in Wyoming means you can list their name and business address for your business and keep your personal information private.
In-State Representation
If you’ve done your research, you know Wyoming is one of the best places to start a business whether you’re local or living on the other side of the globe. Businesses love the lack of corporate taxes, easy start-up, and privacy here, and who can blame them? Wyoming is the BEST!
That said, if you’re not from here, you need a physical address and registered agent within the state to list on your business documents to file your company registration. We fill that void for hundreds of businesses for local Wyoming companies, as well as for folks from other states and even other countries.
With our same-day, in-house mail scanning, you can rely on 24/7 access to your important business notices and mail, no matter where you are.
Secure Business Hub
If you run a business, you already know that running a business has a lot of moving parts outside of the day-to-day. Legal filings, marketing, and more paperwork than most people ever want to deal with. Hiring a registered agent takes away at least one piece of the puzzle.
Hiring Best Wyoming Registered Agent provides free or inexpensive access to many other pieces of the puzzle all in one place. With us as your registered agent, your secure account offers:
- Business Address and Mail Services
- Business Filing Support and Tools
- Local Customer Service
- Secure Document Storage

Can I use myself as a registered agent?
Sure! This isn’t a trick. If you have a physical address in Wyoming (no PO boxes), and are comfortable listing your name and address on public record for your business, AND can be available at that address to accept important documents at that address during all regular business hours, you can probably be your own Wyoming registered agent.
Most of our clients find that hiring a pro with all of our additional free courtesy services is well worth the $50/year for their businesses, but if you fit the state requirements, you can serve as the registered agent for your business.
