It asks for your registered agent’s name, address, signature, and contact information. Once the forms are completed, it’s time to pay the filing fee and submit your filing.
Pay the filing fee. This form costs $5 to file. Only checks or money orders made payable to “Wyoming Secretary of State” will be accepted as payment.
